so not sure when it was last updated.need to test the shrouds and stays.Į-mail any questions.and can arrange a time to see it if interested. The Coast Guard also requires fire extinguishers, flares, lifejackets etc for a 22 ft sailboat and it needs to be registered first.so takes a while before putting it in the om sanding the bottom and painting the hull.to testing for any leaks, the rigging on sailboat is there but I have not gone thru it. as even on a mooring a boat this size usually needs some help navigating unless you are a pretty good sailor.

Has a place for an outboard motor on the back of the sailboat if you wanted to purchase one. Īs for the interior.you can sleep on the boat.I kept the cushions indoors so they are pretty good.like all old boats.some mold but can be cleaned up.as for to me more like a boat to put on a mooring and use for day sails.always depends on how much work you want to do as it is 1983.no workable stove or sinks at this point.but probably could set it up if willing to put in the work.I have a main sail and jib.both stored inside and look good to me. It has a swing keel.so that would have to be checked out as well. and able to work on it for a while first.to check everything out. This sailboat is best for someone who is local and pretty familiar with sailing. The Wellcraft Starwind 22 brochure for this boat is on line for more info.and it seems like it would be trailerbable in the future if you had a trailer - once it was moved off the stands. We are located near Waquoit Bay close to the Seconsett causeway.

I have the title and have paid all MA registration taxes so far on the boat. We have our own sailboat already, so don't need this one. it has been on stands in my yard as you can see in the pictures. 4 years and we have never sailed it.although it was in the water when we got it. Project boat but could have ready for next season. $200 by a boat hauler.willing to split that cost as we would like the space back in driveway. should go to someone local as it needs to be moved by a boat is on stands and too difficult to use a personal trailer.best guess on cost to move it.for example Falmouth to Cotuit approx.
